Appointments to the committee are made by the President of the RANWC (Realtor Association of NorthWest Chicagoland, subject to confirmation by the Board of Directors. The committee is responsible for evaluating and examining complaints made to the Realtor Board by consumers. Their recommendations are sent to the Professional Standards Committee.

The Certified Relocation Professional designation is awarded to approximately 1200 attorneys, relocation personal, appraisers, and Realtors, in the United States. It shows an extreme knowledge of “relocation” procedures, policies, and abilities.

ABR (Accredited Buyer Representation)

Illinois law says that all Realtors are representing the Buyers. To have the Accredited Buyer Representation, Laura was trained to represent the Buyers. The Listing Agent is the only Realtor representing the Seller - - when listing a property choose wisely. Laura also represents Sellers.

CLHMS (Certified Luxury Home Marketing Specialist)

The Certified Luxury Home Marketing Specialist is a prestigious designation awarded for demonstrating exceptional knowledge, experience, and expertise in the luxury home market. Approximately 600 Realtors, nationally have this designation. Laura is also a founding member.
